Kylie Jenner broke down in tears as mom Kris Jenner revealed a terrifying health scare during the emotional trailer for season five of The Kardashians.

In the harrowing clip, a tearful Kris, 68, is seen telling her devastated children: ‘I had my scan – they found a cyst and a little tumor.’

The trailer then cuts to Kylie, 26, who is seen sobbing uncontrollably before she is embraced by older sister Kendall, 28.

The status of Kris’ health is currently unknown.

Kylie has recently been at the center of false pregnancy speculation as well as ongoing rumors she has split from boyfriend Timothee Chalamet, 28.

Multiple sources denied speculation about a pregnancy to Us Weekly last month. The mom-of-two shares daughter Stormi Webster, six, and son Aire Webster, two, with rapper ex Travis Scott, 32.

The sources also confirmed that Kylie and Timothee are ‘still dating’ and navigating a long distance relationship, despite rumors that they split.

‘Kylie and Timothee have been keeping in touch while he’s been in [Manhattan] filming and are still together,’ the insider stated.

Kylie currently lives in California with her kids while Timothee has been busy shooting A Complete Unknown — a biopic about Bob Dylan — in New York City and New Jersey.

The pregnancy rumors took off earlier that month when comedian Daniel Tosh, 48, made the claim on his Tosh Show podcast.

‘Here’s something crazy. I went to the grocery store in Malibu, and I was talking to an employee there. I try to avoid it but I was talking to this guy, and I said, “Why were you guys closed yesterday?”‘

‘”Well I’m not supposed to discuss it,”‘ Tosh claims the worker responded, alleging the Kardashian-Jenner crew were filming the Season 5 finale of their show at the store.

‘Spoiler alert. This random grocery store person is telling me that they rented out the entire store, shut it down and then, they acted like they were grocery shopping.’

Tosh added that he wasn’t validating the story: ‘I’m not verifying anything. This is what an employee at a grocery store in Malibu told me.’

Kylie and Timothee were first linked in April 2023, four months before making their public debut at Beyoncé’s birthday Renaissance concert in Los Angeles in August.

Kylie hasn’t been pictured with Chalamet since they packed on the PDA at the Golden Globe Awards in Beverly Hills on January 7.

In March insiders confirmed to DailyMail.com that the duo were still dating, despite fears that the couple may have called it quits.

At the time insiders claimed the smitten duo have deliberately taken a step back from the limelight to ‘protect’ their relationship – and because Timothee was uncomfortable with the coverage of their kiss at the Golden Globes and feared it could distract from his new film, Dune 2.

The most shocking part of the The Kardashians trailer is seeing Kim Kardashian and her younger sister Khloe fight.

The two appeared in the past few years to have become super close as they bonded over babies.

But the 43-year-old SKIMS founder and the 39-year-old Good American designer seem to be on the outs.

In one clip Kim is heard saying Khloe had a ‘stick up her a**’ and then she said the siren was ‘very judgmental.’ The blonde is also told she is ‘unbearable.’

Khloe is then seen saying that sisters don’t always get along: ‘I always say that I won the jackpot in the family department, but sisters can be vicious and brutal.’

Season five of The Kardashians will premiere on Hulu on May 23.

Also in the trailer, Kourtney tells Khloe she does not think she is having any sex after splitting from Tristan Thompson.

Khloe then says that she is ‘very happy’ as she is seen playing with her two kids True and Tristan.

Kourtney also talked how scary it was to have fetal surgery when pregnant with Rocky, her son with husband Travis Barker.

Mom Kris Jenner seems concerned.

Kendall also speaks up. She says that she doesn’t like how she always talks about her anxiety when on the show. And the model said that she is not boring, and anyone can ask her best friends how fun she is.
