The Cyrus family is being torn apart by a tragic family feud, but it seems Dolly Parton has come to save the day.

The veteran country music star, 78, has apparently stopped promoting her latest album and rushed from her home in Tennessee to LA so she can play peacemaker to the embattled family.

According to Woman’s Day magazine, Dolly – who is longtime friends with Billy Ray, 62, and godmother to his daughter Miley, 31, – is ‘heartbroken’ to see the Cyrus clan falling apart and wants to set it right.

‘Billy Ray and Miley are like family to Dolly. She can’t stand that they’re not talking. Dolly told Miley cutting out her father is a mistake,’ an insider alleged.

Miley and her siblings did not seem to attend her father’s wedding.

The insider also told Woman’s Day that Dolly has ’caused a lot of tension’ between herself and Billy Ray after she asked him to apologise to his daughter for the breakdown of their relationship.

Billy Ray and Miley aren’t the only members of the Cyrus clan allegedly at war.

In recent weeks, matriarch Tish, 56, has been accused of ‘stealing’ husband Dominic Purcell, 54, from her estranged daughter Noah, 24.

Tish – who suffered a ‘complete psychological breakdown’ before her divorce from Billy Ray – tied the knot with Prison Break actor Dominic in August 2023.

However, while some family members such as daughter Miley were present for her wedding to the Australian actor, Noah and brother Braison were absent from the nuptials – fueling speculation of a rift at the time.

According to a DailyMail.com’s insider, Noah’s absence at the wedding was not by choice, but rather the result of Tish failing to invite her.

Us Weekly has since quoted an insider claiming that, ‘Noah was [seeing] Dominic when Tish started pursuing him,’ which Tish ‘was aware’ of when she began to contact the star.

‘The turmoil between Noah and Tish goes far beyond [what people think]. Noah is very distraught over Tish stealing Dominic from her.’

However, a source close to the Cyrus family subsequently told DailyMail.com that Noah and Dominic were never involved in any kind of romantic relationship – claiming that it would be ‘delusional [of the singer] to think otherwise.’

‘Noah never dated Dominic and they were not together. She is delusional to think otherwise and is trying to create a narrative that will paint her as a victim,’ the insider said.

The insider also said that the story about Tish allegedly ‘stealing’ Dominic from her daughter has only further complicated the already-difficult dynamic between her and Noah, who, they claimed, has always felt her mother ‘favours’ Miley over her other children.

‘Noah has always craved the attention because she did not get it growing up. Tish was always so Miley-sided because that is where the money was,’ they said.

‘Miley and Tish are like sisters and Noah has always been envious of this because she’s never had a connection with Tish like Miley has,’ the source claimed.

Tish and Billy Ray Cyrus ended their 28-year marriage in April 2022 when the Achy Breaky Heart vocalist filed for divorce.
