One of Offset‘s babymamas – Tampa rapper Shya L’amour – spoke out Sunday about how much the Migos rapper has matured since she welcomed his daughter Kalea back in 2015.

‘I think [his wife Cardi B] helped him grow tremendously,’ the 30-year-old mother-of-two told TMZ.

‘Since he’s been with her, I’ve seen a lot of growth. She does [embrace Kalea], she does. I can see her heart. She has a really good heart.’

The 27-year-old hip-hop star name-dropped little Kalea – turning 4 this month – in the title track of his debut solo album Father of 4, which features his blended brood on the cover.

Offset (born Kiari Cephus) rapped: ‘Kalea, you my first, first daughter / I missed the first years of your life, I’m sorry / Tell the truth, I ain’t really know if I was your father / Tell the truth, I really don’t even know your mama.’

Indeed, Shya admitted she had Kalea after a one-night stand with the Georgia native on the Fourth of July, and he ‘blocked’ her after she initially demanded a DNA test.

‘[Kalea] loves him. They’re really good now,’ L’amour said of her formerly estranged babydaddy.

Curiously, Shya’s interview came as both Offset and his 26-year-old wife (born Belcalis Almánzar) shared Instagram snaps of themselves giving the camera the one-finger salute.

‘I cried to myself while I was doing this album because I was talking about my story and my kids,’ Offset – who also has sons Jordan, 9; and Kody, 3; – told Esquire last month.

‘When I did a song, I started getting memories of my grandma, my struggles, my partner that was killed, the thoughts I had while I was incarcerated, and my kids’ faces were there in my head. I love my kids, this is who I do it for.’

The Red Room rapper is next scheduled to join his Grammy-nominated trio onstage next Friday at Drai’s Beachclub and Nightclub in Las Vegas.

And the Bronx-born Latina will next perform on March 13 at Texas’ Beach Bash Music Festival, which takes place at the Isla Grand Hotel & Resort in South Padre Island.
